Connecting Changes Everything

At AT&T, our purpose is to create connection, and every day our teams connect more people in more places. Our strategy to be the best connectivity provider – through 5G and fiber – not only helps advance our business, but also the communities we serve.

This investment-led strategy is built on the fundamental principle that customers increasingly value converged connectivity services. They want a single provider who can support their high-speed internet needs both at home and on the go, delivering a seamless experience that allows them to connect to who and what they love from anywhere.

We are making the right moves to deliver high-performance, converged networking at a scale and breadth second to none in the United States. We view it as our responsibility to lead in helping connect every American to the internet through world-class connectivity. We are annually one of America’s largest investors in connectivity and are proud to serve as a critical infrastructure provider. We have North America’s largest wireless network1 and the nation’s largest fiber network2.

Our simple and consistent approach to ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated continues to serve as the foundation of our sustainable growth. As a result, more customers are choosing AT&T and staying with AT&T. In 2023 alone, we added more than 1.7 million high-value postpaid phone customers and 1.1 million AT&T Fiber subscribers.

As the only provider that owns and operates scaled 5G and fiber networks, we believe we’re uniquely positioned to deliver and benefit from the accelerated adoption of converged connectivity. By growing our network, we’re opening up new ways to connect more people, and investing in the future of America’s connectivity needs. As a result, our business fundamentals have never been stronger or more resilient, and we could not be more excited about the future of connectivity and how it will change – everything.
