Thaddeus Arroyo serves as the Chief Strategy and Development Officer of AT&T Inc., LLC. He oversees corporate strategy, corporate development, venture investments, strategic business development and alliances as well as incubating emerging businesses that support AT&T’s long-term growth. His team is focused on unlocking new opportunities to accelerate organic core connectivity growth as well as pathways to create value beyond connectivity.

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer, AT&T Consumer, where he was responsible for the company’s integrated consumer internet and mobility services organization. During his time in this role, his team served more than 196 million wireless subscriber connections and passed nearly 17 million eligible customer locations with fiber internet. Thaddeus also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Business, where he was responsible for the company's integrated global Business Solutions organization, which then served nearly 3 million business customers in nearly 200 countries.

Throughout his career, Thaddeus has held diverse executive positions. He was the CEO of AT&T Mexico, LLC, where he led the expansion of AT&T’s high-speed mobile network and distribution channels across the country. As President-Technology Development, he led the transformation of AT&T’s technology strategy. Under Thaddeus’ leadership as Chief Information Officer (CIO), AT&T was widely recognized for its thought leadership and creativity in technology innovation and execution. Prior to AT&T, he also served as CIO at Cingular Wireless and Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Development for Sabre Corporation.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) as a Director and Technology Committee Chair. He also serves on the board of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) and SMU Cox School of Business Executive Advisory Board. He is a trustee for the Dallas Museum of Art.

Thaddeus has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Pascal serves as AT&T’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he and his team oversee the financial strategy for AT&T’s $122 billion connectivity business. He is responsible for leading the company’s financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations and corporate real estate functions.

Since joining AT&T in 2021, Pascal has spearheaded the company’s significant cost transformation efforts, simplified and strengthened its balance sheet and overseen historic levels of 5G and fiber investment. This investment-led approach has made AT&T one of the top annual investors in the United States, positioned it as the leader in converged connectivity and helped the Company deliver on its long-term growth strategy. 

Prior to joining AT&T, Pascal was EVP and CFO of WarnerMedia and the Administrative Officer of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., and previously Turner’s CFO and Global Controller of Time Warner. Before joining the WarnerMedia family, Pascal was a partner at KPMG and served as a professional accounting fellow with the Office of the Chief Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Pascal serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Board of Directors, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of Prep for Prep, and is a member of the UT Southwestern President’s advisory board. He previously was a Trustee of St. John’s University and served on the Board of Directors of Davita Inc. (NYSE: DVA) where he Chaired the Audit Committee.

Pascal graduated with honors from St. John’s University and received his MBA from Columbia University. He and his wife, Yvette, live in Dallas and have two adult children, Erika and Justin.

Ed Gillespie most recently served as chairman of Sard Verbinnen & Co.’s public affairs group. Previously, he was a longtime top aide on Capitol Hill, served as Counselor to the President for President George W. Bush in his second term, and chaired the Republican National Committee in 2003-2004. He is on the board of advisors at the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics and on the board of directors of America’s Kids Belong, a charitable organization that encourages adoption and foster care.

Ed Gillespie has had a twenty-year consulting relationship with AT&T. In 2000, he founded Quinn Gillespie & Associates with Jack Quinn, former White House Counsel to President Bill Clinton. In 2009, he formed his own firm Ed Gillespie Strategies.

Kellyn serves as the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer of AT&T, responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, increasing customer lifetime value, and strengthening AT&T’s premium position. She oversees advertising, brand, media planning and strategy, market research and insights, competitive and customer intelligence, and strategic partnerships.

Kellyn serves as Board Chair of the MMA, and as a Board Member for AdCouncil and ANA. She is among a select class of leaders to be named a Henry Crown Fellow by the Aspen Institute. Kellyn has been recognized for marketing innovation, effectiveness and leadership by Forbes, Fortune, Adweek, and more. Her marketing and advertising campaigns have won multiple EFFIE Awards, CLIOs, Cannes Lions, and SHORTY Awards.

Lori Lee oversees AT&T Latin America, a business unit operating under AT&T Inc., a global leader in communications, media and entertainment, and technology. She also serves as global marketing officer for AT&T Inc.

As SEVP International, Lori leads strategy, operations and marketing for AT&T Mexico, which provides mobile services to more than 22 million consumers and businesses. Previously she also led Vrio Corp., the holding company for DIRECTV and SKY Brazil.

As AT&T’s Global Marketing Officer, Lori oversees worldwide corporate marketing for AT&T Inc., including advertising, corporate communications, events and sponsorships. She also leads It Can Wait – the company’s longstanding campaign to end distracted driving.

Previously, Lori served as senior executive vice president – AT&T Home Solutions, with responsibility for the company’s consumer wireline group.

Lori has been recognized on many executive leadership lists, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business and the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech. Since joining the company in 1997, she has also served as chief marketing officer for the Home Solutions and Small Business groups, and held other executive roles in finance, investor relations, customer service and corporate strategy.

Lori began her career at PwC and later worked at Earthgrains Co. and Mallinckrodt Medical Inc. She serves on the Emerson board of directors and is an active board member of the American Film Institute, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and the PGA of America. Jeremy Legg, Chief Technology Officer – AT&T Services, Inc., oversees the technology organizations for Business, Consumer, Data & Analytics, IT & Cloud, Network Architecture & AT&T Labs, Security and New Product Development.

Jeremy’s AT&T Technology Services (ATS) organization is helping AT&T modernize its legacy IT infrastructure and migrate as much of it as possible to the cloud while retiring outdated systems. In addition, Jeremy’s team also includes network, business and consumer technology platforms as well as experts developing new products and services built on AT&T’s leading-edge 5G and fiber connectivity.

ATS also includes AT&T’s chief data office and chief security office, as artificial intelligence and machine learning make customers and employees more efficient and innovative, while security is vital in a connected world of constantly evolving threats.

Prior to joining AT&T in June 2020, Jeremy was executive vice president and CTO for WarnerMedia, responsible for all technology strategy, development and operations, as well as the technology development of the video streaming platform HBO Max. 

He previously served as the executive vice president and CTO for Turner, where he was responsible for the overall technology strategy and all aspects of Turner’s linear and digital technologies and resources.

Before that he led technology strategy and product monetization for TBS, Inc. and as the former senior vice president of business development and multi-platform distribution for TBS, Inc., Jeremy oversaw TV Everywhere and all non-linear and product distribution and strategy across broadband, iTV and wireless.  He has also held management positions at AOL, Oracle and Accenture.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Brown University. He serves on the Customer Advisory Boards for Microsoft & IBM and is a regular speaker and panelist at events such as CES and other industry events. He is recognized as one of the top 50 tech leaders on Forbes CIO Next 2022 and received Broadcasting & Cable’s Technology Leadership Award in 2016.

David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed General Counsel in October 2015.

David joined AT&T in January 2012 as senior vice president and assistant general counsel. Prior to that, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust, and government investigations. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was senior law clerk to U.S. District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.

David is a former executive committee member of the State Bar of Texas, chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

David currently serves on the board of directors of St. Mark’s School of Texas, Methodist Health System, and the National Center for State Courts. He also is a Commissioner of the Texas Access to Justice Commission and a Trustee of The University of Texas Law School Foundation. In 2019, David received the J. Chrys Dougherty Good Apple Award from Texas Appleseed in recognition of his commitment to the community, his leadership in the bar, and his philanthropic impact. Under his leadership, the AT&T Legal Department was named Best Legal Department of 2019 by Corporate Counsel Magazine.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an associate editor of The Review of Litigation.

Jeff McElfresh is the Chief Operating Officer of AT&T, a global communications leader serving more than 100 million mobile and broadband customers in the United States, and millions of business customers, including nearly all of the Fortune 1000.

Jeff has 27 years of experience with AT&T in a variety of strategic, operational and technology leadership roles. Most of his career has been dedicated to the AT&T Mobility business — the biggest single driver of the company’s consolidated revenues.

Jeff most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Communications, where he led nearly 200,000 employees, and prior to that, the president of its Technology and Operations group where he led a team of more than 90,000 employees and was responsible for the company’s network, technology, cybersecurity, data and labs operations. While in that role, he led the team that won AT&T recognition for having the best, fastest and most reliable wireless network in the country.

He also previously served as: CEO of AT&T’s Vrio and its DIRECTV Latin America and SKY Brasil businesses from 2015 to 2018; senior vice president in AT&T’s Strategy and Corporate Development group; and president of AT&T Mexico and a member of the board of directors and executive committee of Telmex and América Móvil, overseeing AT&T’s since-divested minority interest in the two companies. Early in his career, he held several operational positions with AT&T’s (BellSouth International) wireless businesses in Latin America. Jeff was appointed to the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) in 2023. NSTAC advises the White House on the reliability, security, and preparedness of vital communications and information infrastructure.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

He also is a Commissioner of the Texas Access to Justice Commission and a Trustee of The University of Texas Law School Foundation. In 2019, David received the J. Chrys Dougherty Good Apple Award from Texas Appleseed in recognition of his commitment to the community, his leadership in the bar, and his philanthropic impact. Under his leadership, the AT&T Legal Department was named Best Legal Department of 2019 by Corporate Counsel Magazine.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an associate editor of The Review of Litigation.

Jeff McElfresh is the Chief Operating Officer of AT&T, a global communications leader serving more than 100 million mobile and broadband customers in the United States, and millions of business customers, including nearly all of the Fortune 1000.

Jeff has 27 years of experience with AT&T in a variety of strategic, operational and technology leadership roles. Most of his career has been dedicated to the AT&T Mobility business — the biggest single driver of the company’s consolidated revenues.

Jeff most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Communications, where he led nearly 200,000 employees, and prior to that, the president of its Technology and Operations group where he led a team of more than 90,000 employees and was responsible for the company’s network, technology, cybersecurity, data and labs operations. While in that role, he led the team that won AT&T recognition for having the best, fastest and most reliable wireless network in the country.

He also previously served as: CEO of AT&T’s Vrio and its DIRECTV Latin America and SKY Brasil businesses from 2015 to 2018; senior vice president in AT&T’s Strategy and Corporate Development group; and president of AT&T Mexico and a member of the board of directors and executive committee of Telmex and América Móvil, overseeing AT&T’s since-divested minority interest in the two companies. Early in his career, he held several operational positions with AT&T’s (BellSouth International) wireless businesses in Latin America. Jeff was appointed to the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) in 2023. NSTAC advises the White House on the reliability, security, and preparedness of vital communications and information infrastructure.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
