Randall was named to his current position in 2007. Since then, AT&T has invested to become a global leader in the rapidly converging telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) space, providing integrated solutions that range from premium video entertainment, high-speed Internet and mobility to IP network services, security and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Today, AT&T is the largest pay TV provider in the United States and one of the largest in the world. The company offers video entertainment to more than 25 million customers in the United States and almost 20 million customers in Latin America, including SKY México.

In North America, AT&T covers nearly 400 million people with its 4G LTE network and has nearly 147 million wireless subscribers. The company provides high-speed Internet connections to 60 million U.S. customer locations; ultra-fast fiber connections covering nearly 4 million U.S. locations; global IP network services that connect nearly 3.5 million businesses on 6 continents, representing 99% of the world’s economy; and more than 31 million IoT devices and sensors connected to its network.

AT&T is one of the world’s largest companies in TMT, with more than $163 billion in 2016 revenues and 33 consecutive years of dividend growth. Over the past 5 years, AT&T has invested over $140 billion in the United States, including capital investments in wireless and wireline networks and acquisitions of wireless spectrum and operations.

The company has committed $400 million since 2008 to its signature philanthropic initiative, AT&T Aspire, which drives innovation in education to promote student success in school and the workplace. Randall also has led AT&T’s breakthrough “It Can Wait” campaign – an education and awareness program educating drivers that distracted driving is never OK. The program has amassed more than 14 million pledges of support.

Randall began his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1982 in Oklahoma. He served as the company’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2001 to 2004, and from 2004 to 2007 he served as chief operating officer. He was appointed to AT&T’s board of directors in 2005.

He is a member of the board of directors of Emerson Electric Co. and Boeing, a member of the PGA TOUR Policy Board, and National President of the Boy Scouts of America. Randall received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

Thaddeus was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Business Solutions and International in December 2016. He is responsible for the company's integrated Business Solutions and International organization, which serves more than 3.5 million business customers in nearly 200 countries and territories, including nearly all of the world's Fortune 1000 companies. In this role, he also oversees AT&T's operations in Mexico and DIRECTV in Latin America.

Thaddeus has vast experience driving strategic growth through change. He boldly uses innovation to fuel disruptive business models in consumer and business segments. And he knows the value of customer engagement. His experience transforming business models, introducing competitive market offerings and improving customer experiences provide a strong foundation for his current role.

Previously, Thaddeus was CEO of AT&T Mexico, LLC. The Mexico City-based wireless service provider operates under the AT&T and Unefon brand names. Thaddeus led the ongoing expansion of AT&T high-speed mobile network and distribution channels in Mexico. The expansion is bringing coverage to millions of additional consumers and businesses and transforming the sales and service experience for customers. The AT&T network covers more than 89 million people in Mexico.

Throughout his career, Thaddeus has held diverse executive positions. As President-Technology Development, he led the transformation of AT&T’s technology strategy, placing innovation at the forefront. The organization evolved business processes and market offerings, creating new value and velocity for AT&T, customers and partners. Under his leadership as Chief Information Officer (CIO), AT&T was widely recognized for its thought leadership and creativity in technology innovation and execution. Prior to AT&T, he also served as CIO at Cingular Wireless and Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Development for Sabre Corporation.

Thaddeus has received vast recognition for his business achievements, thought leadership and innovation. In 2016, he made Quién magazine’s list of “50 People Transforming Mexico” and was included among “Mexico’s 300 Most Influential Leaders” by Líderes Mexicanos magazine. He was named one of CNET en Español’s “20 Most Influential Latinos in Technology” in 2013 and 2015; named to the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine for “profoundly shaping the technology-driven business landscape” in 2014; and earned MIT Sloan’s CIO Leadership Award for “delivering business value and innovative use of IT in exceptional ways” in 2014.

He is an active board member for the National Center for Women & Information Technology and the Hispanic IT Executive Council. He is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the SMU Cox School of Business Executive Advisory Board. Thaddeus has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Bill Blase is senior executive vice president, Human Resources, with responsibility for the development and implementation of human resources policies and practices in support of AT&T’s global workforce, as well as the company’s relationship with the unions that represent AT&T employees. He also has responsibility for Flight Operations.

From December 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Blase served as executive vice president-Labor Relations. Before that, he was president and chief executive officer of SBC Southwest, where he was responsible for overall leadership in the SBC Southwest and SBC Southern New England Telephone (SNET) regions, including network, consumer and business sales and external affairs. From April 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Blase served as president and CEO of SBC SNET, with overall responsibility for the company’s wireline operations in Connecticut.

Mr. Blase began his career with SBC at Southwestern Bell in 1979 as a customer services supervisor in the Business Marketing Organization in St. Louis. He has worked in a number of positions in marketing, public affairs, regulatory and investor relations.

Mr. Blase is a member of the board of trustees at St. Louis University and is also a board member of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He also serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Mr. Blase was born and raised in St. Louis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, and a doctorate in business administration from St. Louis University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has served as an adjunct professor of finance at George Mason University.

John, Chief Strategy Officer and Group President —AT&T Technology and Operations (ATO), is responsible for the corporate strategy function, technology development, network deployment and operations, and AT&T’s transition to a software-defined network.

John is driving AT&T’s global leadership position in the technological transition to separate hardware and software and virtualizing network elements to the cloud. His responsibilities also include oversight of the company’s global information, software development, network technology, and big data strategy; AT&T Intellectual Property, Labs and Foundry innovation; IT and digital planning, engineering, implementation and operations; network planning, construction and operations including security; field operations, installation and maintenance; global supply chain; and corporate fleet operations.

John previously served as Chief Technology Officer for AT&T, overseeing the company's global technology direction and innovation road map, including product development, network and engineering operations, AT&T Labs and the security and intellectual property organizations.

Under John's leadership, AT&T has turbo-charged its innovation programs and now is recognized as an industry leader in working with application developers and others to make AT&T's network open to collaboration and innovation.

John previously was executive vice president of product, sales, marketing and operations at VeriSign Inc., a technology company that provides Internet infrastructure services. At VeriSign, John was responsible for leading its global sales organization, driving the expansion of broad solutions offerings, and integrating a global professional services capability.

Before that, he was chairman and CEO of inCode Telecom Group Inc., where he helped shape strategic direction and positioning for wireless network operators around the globe. Previously, John was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, where he was the Americas Industry Practice director for telecom.

John serves on the Board of Directors for Palo Alto Networks. He has authored two books, The Value Enterprise, published in January 1998, and Value Creating Growth, published in 1999. John received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame and earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Minnesota.

David S. Huntley, SEVP and Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for developing policies to safeguard the privacy of customer and employee information, and verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of every country and jurisdiction in which AT&T operates, as well as AT&T internal compliance requirements. David has held this role since December 2014 and has more than 20 years of business and legal experience with the company.

Prior to being named chief compliance officer, David served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel for AT&T Services. In this role, he oversaw a staff of 47 attorneys and managers located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New Haven, Detroit, St. Louis, San Antonio, Cleveland, Chicago, Bedminster, Oklahoma City and Dallas. David and his group were responsible for providing legal support to the Home Solutions organization and the Global Marketing organization. Additionally, he was responsible for Legal Department administration.

Prior to serving as senior vice president and assistant general counsel, David served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for all legal functions of Advertising Solutions and Interactive operations. He has also served as senior vice president of Mobility Customer Service Centers where he led a team of more than 30,000 employees dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to our wireless consumer market. In addition, David has served as senior vice president of E-commerce and Direct Mail, Customer Information Services and has held significant positions in external affairs, wireless operations, mergers and acquisitions, data operations and other areas within AT&T.

David takes pride in giving back to his community. He has served on the executive committee of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, and at the Greater Houston Partnership, where he chaired the Government Relations Advisory Committee. In addition, he was a board member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau and served on the 2004 Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, a not-for-profit group dedicated to bringing acclaim to Houston and the NFL. David was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation, the San Antonio Zoological Society and the San Antonio YMCA. He currently serves on the SMU Alumni Board, the Baylor Health Care System Foundation, the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Executive Leadership Council.

A native Texan, David holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He and his wife, Tracey, have two sons, Calhoun and Porter.

Lori Lee is senior executive vice president and global marketing officer of AT&T Inc., the world's largest telecommunications company and one of the world’s largest providers of pay TV. She was appointed to her current role in April 2015.

Lori oversees brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, events, executive operations and sponsorships worldwide. She’s responsible for the AT&T brand and reputation around the globe. She also leads the AT&T IT CAN WAIT effort to end distracted driving. In December of 2016, Lori took on the added responsibility of merger planning for the company’s proposed acquisition of Time Warner Inc., expected to close by year-end 2017.

Previously, Lori served as senior executive vice president of AT&T Home Solutions. In that role, she led the strategy, marketing and operations for the company’s consumer wireline group. That included IP broadband services, video entertainment, wireline phone, AT&T AdWorks and Customer Information Services. Under her leadership, Home Solutions provided more than 34 million customer connections across the 21-state AT&T footprint, generating more than $22 billion in annualized revenues.

Lori has been recognized on many executive leadership lists, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, Fierce Telecom’s Women in Wireline Top 10 Executives, Multichannel Women to Watch, Diversity MBA magazine’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders, and Dallas Business Journal’s Top Women in Business.

Lori, who joined AT&T in 1997, was also the chief marketing officer for both Home Solutions and Small Business. She’s held numerous other executive positions, including leadership roles in finance, investor relations, customer service and corporate strategy. Lori began her career at PwC, and later worked at Earthgrains Co. and Mallinckrodt Medical Inc.

Lori is an active board member of the American Film Institute, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Washington University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and younger son. Her oldest son attends Duke University.

David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed to his position in October 2015.

David previously served as Senior Associate General Counsel with legal responsibility for all non-HR litigation matters and all antitrust issues.

David joined AT&T in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining AT&T, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust, and government investigations, and was the Administrative Partner of the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was Senior Law Clerk to United States District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.

David is a former President of the 22,000-member Texas Young Lawyers Association, Executive Committee Member of the State Bar of Texas, Chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and Chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

David is a former President of The Dallas Assembly and the Trinity Commons Foundation, the coordinating organization for local, state and federal government initiatives in the $1.5 billion Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mark’s School of Texas, Methodist Health System, and the Alcuin School.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation.

Bob Quinn, senior executive vice president — External and Legislative Affairs, is responsible for AT&T's public policy organization and is chair of the AT&T Foundation.

He has served in this capacity since October 2016.

Previously, Bob served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory, leading the AT&T Federal Regulatory group responsible for all regulatory matters affecting AT&T and its affiliates before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to this, Bob also served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory and Chief Privacy Officer, responsible for customer privacy policies at the international, federal and state level across all lines of businesses.

Bob started his career with AT&T as vice president — Federal Regulatory Affairs for AT&T Corp. in Washington, D.C., where he represented AT&T before the Federal Communications Commission and the United States Department of Justice.

Prior to joining AT&T, Bob spent 5 years as a trial attorney with the Chicago, Illinois, firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown).

A Chicago native, Bob graduated from the University of Illinois¬, Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.

Bob resides in North Potomac, Maryland, with his wife, Anne, and their 3 children.

John Stankey, CEO – AT&T Entertainment Group, leads strategy, marketing and operations for AT&T’s consumer entertainment offerings including its video offerings and content development, its mobility and high-speed Internet products, plus its advertising business.

John previously served as Chief Strategy Officer, where he led the company’s corporate strategy, M&A, and business development initiatives.

Before that, John served as President and CEO of AT&T Business Solutions, where he was responsible for serving AT&T's business customers worldwide and all of AT&T’s shared services including capital planning, engineering, network operations, information technology, supply chain and corporate real estate.

In his three-decade career, John also has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Operations, Inc. and as Group President-Telecom Operations, where he was responsible for the company's former five regional telecom units. His responsibilities also have included Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, President and CEO of AT&T's Southwest Region, and President of Industry Markets.

John is on the Board of Advisors at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He also serves on the board of directors of UPS.

A native of California, John earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1985 and a master's degree in business administration from UCLA in 1991.

John Stephens is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations, corporate real estate and shared services for AT&T. Together, these functions represent nearly 16,000 employees. Mr. Stephens was appointed to his current position in June 2011.

Previously, Mr. Stephens served as senior vice president and controller, with responsibility for all financial reporting and operational reporting, accounting policy, business planning and regulatory reporting for AT&T. He also served as chief financial officer for the Diversified business unit and had responsibility for all corporate tax and shared services. He was named to that position in November 2001.

Prior to serving as controller, Mr. Stephens served as vice president-taxes, where he oversaw all corporate tax matters, a position to which he was appointed in August 2000. He previously served as managing director-taxes, where he had similar corporate tax responsibilities. He was named to that position in 1995.

Mr. Stephens joined the company as director-federal taxes in St. Louis in 1992. Prior to joining the company, he served as a tax senior manager with Ernst & Young in St. Louis. His career also includes service as a member of the tax staff of Peat Marwick & Mitchell in Kansas City.

Mr. Stephens earned his B.S.B.A. degree in accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He also holds a J.D. degree from Saint Louis University’s Law School. He has served on the board of directors of América Móvil, an international provider of telecommunications service. Additionally, he serves on the audit committee of the board of directors of a large privately held retailer. He also serves on the board of directors of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stephens serves as vice chair of the executive committee for the board of directors of the United Way of Dallas. He also serves as a board member for Catholic Charities of Dallas and has served on the boards of numerous educational and social service organizations.

Mr. Stephens and his wife, Michele, have been married for 36 years and have six children.

John, Chief Strategy Officer and Group President —AT&T Technology and Operations (ATO), is responsible for the corporate strategy function, technology development, network deployment and operations, and AT&T’s transition to a software-defined network.

John is driving AT&T’s global leadership position in the technological transition to separate hardware and software and virtualizing network elements to the cloud. His responsibilities also include oversight of the company’s global information, software development, network technology, and big data strategy; AT&T Intellectual Property, Labs and Foundry innovation; IT and digital planning, engineering, implementation and operations; network planning, construction and operations including security; field operations, installation and maintenance; global supply chain; and corporate fleet operations.

John previously served as Chief Technology Officer for AT&T, overseeing the company's global technology direction and innovation road map, including product development, network and engineering operations, AT&T Labs and the security and intellectual property organizations.

Under John's leadership, AT&T has turbo-charged its innovation programs and now is recognized as an industry leader in working with application developers and others to make AT&T's network open to collaboration and innovation.

John previously was executive vice president of product, sales, marketing and operations at VeriSign Inc., a technology company that provides Internet infrastructure services. At VeriSign, John was responsible for leading its global sales organization, driving the expansion of broad solutions offerings, and integrating a global professional services capability.

Before that, he was chairman and CEO of inCode Telecom Group Inc., where he helped shape strategic direction and positioning for wireless network operators around the globe. Previously, John was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, where he was the Americas Industry Practice director for telecom.

John serves on the Board of Directors for Palo Alto Networks. He has authored two books, The Value Enterprise, published in January 1998, and Value Creating Growth, published in 1999. John received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame and earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Minnesota.

David S. Huntley, SEVP and Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for developing policies to safeguard the privacy of customer and employee information, and verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of every country and jurisdiction in which AT&T operates, as well as AT&T internal compliance requirements. David has held this role since December 2014 and has more than 20 years of business and legal experience with the company.

Prior to being named chief compliance officer, David served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel for AT&T Services. In this role, he oversaw a staff of 47 attorneys and managers located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New Haven, Detroit, St. Louis, San Antonio, Cleveland, Chicago, Bedminster, Oklahoma City and Dallas. David and his group were responsible for providing legal support to the Home Solutions organization and the Global Marketing organization. Additionally, he was responsible for Legal Department administration.

Prior to serving as senior vice president and assistant general counsel, David served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for all legal functions of Advertising Solutions and Interactive operations. He has also served as senior vice president of Mobility Customer Service Centers where he led a team of more than 30,000 employees dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to our wireless consumer market. In addition, David has served as senior vice president of E-commerce and Direct Mail, Customer Information Services and has held significant positions in external affairs, wireless operations, mergers and acquisitions, data operations and other areas within AT&T.

David takes pride in giving back to his community. He has served on the executive committee of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, and at the Greater Houston Partnership, where he chaired the Government Relations Advisory Committee. In addition, he was a board member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau and served on the 2004 Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, a not-for-profit group dedicated to bringing acclaim to Houston and the NFL. David was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation, the San Antonio Zoological Society and the San Antonio YMCA. He currently serves on the SMU Alumni Board, the Baylor Health Care System Foundation, the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Executive Leadership Council.

A native Texan, David holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He and his wife, Tracey, have two sons, Calhoun and Porter.

Lori Lee is senior executive vice president and global marketing officer of AT&T Inc., the world's largest telecommunications company and one of the world’s largest providers of pay TV. She was appointed to her current role in April 2015.

Lori oversees brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, events, executive operations and sponsorships worldwide. She’s responsible for the AT&T brand and reputation around the globe. She also leads the AT&T IT CAN WAIT effort to end distracted driving. In December of 2016, Lori took on the added responsibility of merger planning for the company’s proposed acquisition of Time Warner Inc., expected to close by year-end 2017.

Previously, Lori served as senior executive vice president of AT&T Home Solutions. In that role, she led the strategy, marketing and operations for the company’s consumer wireline group. That included IP broadband services, video entertainment, wireline phone, AT&T AdWorks and Customer Information Services. Under her leadership, Home Solutions provided more than 34 million customer connections across the 21-state AT&T footprint, generating more than $22 billion in annualized revenues.

Lori has been recognized on many executive leadership lists, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, Fierce Telecom’s Women in Wireline Top 10 Executives, Multichannel Women to Watch, Diversity MBA magazine’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders, and Dallas Business Journal’s Top Women in Business.

Lori, who joined AT&T in 1997, was also the chief marketing officer for both Home Solutions and Small Business. She’s held numerous other executive positions, including leadership roles in finance, investor relations, customer service and corporate strategy. Lori began her career at PwC, and later worked at Earthgrains Co. and Mallinckrodt Medical Inc.

Lori is an active board member of the American Film Institute, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Washington University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and younger son. Her oldest son attends Duke University.

David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed to his position in October 2015.

David previously served as Senior Associate General Counsel with legal responsibility for all non-HR litigation matters and all antitrust issues.

David joined AT&T in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining AT&T, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust, and government investigations, and was the Administrative Partner of the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was Senior Law Clerk to United States District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.

David is a former President of the 22,000-member Texas Young Lawyers Association, Executive Committee Member of the State Bar of Texas, Chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and Chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

David is a former President of The Dallas Assembly and the Trinity Commons Foundation, the coordinating organization for local, state and federal government initiatives in the $1.5 billion Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mark’s School of Texas, Methodist Health System, and the Alcuin School.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation.

Bob Quinn, senior executive vice president — External and Legislative Affairs, is responsible for AT&T's public policy organization and is chair of the AT&T Foundation.

He has served in this capacity since October 2016.

Previously, Bob served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory, leading the AT&T Federal Regulatory group responsible for all regulatory matters affecting AT&T and its affiliates before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to this, Bob also served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory and Chief Privacy Officer, responsible for customer privacy policies at the international, federal and state level across all lines of businesses.

Bob started his career with AT&T as vice president — Federal Regulatory Affairs for AT&T Corp. in Washington, D.C., where he represented AT&T before the Federal Communications Commission and the United States Department of Justice.

Prior to joining AT&T, Bob spent 5 years as a trial attorney with the Chicago, Illinois, firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown).

A Chicago native, Bob graduated from the University of Illinois¬, Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.

Bob resides in North Potomac, Maryland, with his wife, Anne, and their 3 children.

John Stankey, CEO – AT&T Entertainment Group, leads strategy, marketing and operations for AT&T’s consumer entertainment offerings including its video offerings and content development, its mobility and high-speed Internet products, plus its advertising business.

John previously served as Chief Strategy Officer, where he led the company’s corporate strategy, M&A, and business development initiatives.

Before that, John served as President and CEO of AT&T Business Solutions, where he was responsible for serving AT&T's business customers worldwide and all of AT&T’s shared services including capital planning, engineering, network operations, information technology, supply chain and corporate real estate.

In his three-decade career, John also has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Operations, Inc. and as Group President-Telecom Operations, where he was responsible for the company's former five regional telecom units. His responsibilities also have included Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, President and CEO of AT&T's Southwest Region, and President of Industry Markets.

John is on the Board of Advisors at the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He also serves on the board of directors of UPS.

A native of California, John earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 1985 and a master's degree in business administration from UCLA in 1991.

John Stephens is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations, corporate real estate and shared services for AT&T. Together, these functions represent nearly 16,000 employees. Mr. Stephens was appointed to his current position in June 2011.

Previously, Mr. Stephens served as senior vice president and controller, with responsibility for all financial reporting and operational reporting, accounting policy, business planning and regulatory reporting for AT&T. He also served as chief financial officer for the Diversified business unit and had responsibility for all corporate tax and shared services. He was named to that position in November 2001.

Prior to serving as controller, Mr. Stephens served as vice president-taxes, where he oversaw all corporate tax matters, a position to which he was appointed in August 2000. He previously served as managing director-taxes, where he had similar corporate tax responsibilities. He was named to that position in 1995.

Mr. Stephens joined the company as director-federal taxes in St. Louis in 1992. Prior to joining the company, he served as a tax senior manager with Ernst & Young in St. Louis. His career also includes service as a member of the tax staff of Peat Marwick & Mitchell in Kansas City.

Mr. Stephens earned his B.S.B.A. degree in accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He also holds a J.D. degree from Saint Louis University’s Law School. He has served on the board of directors of América Móvil, an international provider of telecommunications service. Additionally, he serves on the audit committee of the board of directors of a large privately held retailer. He also serves on the board of directors of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stephens serves as vice chair of the executive committee for the board of directors of the United Way of Dallas. He also serves as a board member for Catholic Charities of Dallas and has served on the boards of numerous educational and social service organizations.

Mr. Stephens and his wife, Michele, have been married for 36 years and have six children.
