Randall was named to his current position in 2007. Since then, AT&T has invested to become a global leader in the rapidly converging telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) space, providing integrated solutions that range from premium video entertainment, high-speed Internet and mobility to IP network services, security and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Today, AT&T is the largest pay TV provider in the United States and one of the largest in the world. The company offers video entertainment to more than 25 million customers in the United States and almost 20 million customers in Latin America, including SKY México.

In North America, AT&T covers nearly 400 million people with its 4G LTE network and has nearly 147 million wireless subscribers. The company provides high-speed Internet connections to 60 million U.S. customer locations; ultra-fast fiber connections covering nearly 4 million U.S. locations; global IP network services that connect nearly 3.5 million businesses on 6 continents, representing 99% of the world’s economy; and more than 31 million IoT devices and sensors connected to its network.

AT&T is one of the world’s largest companies in TMT, with more than $163 billion in 2016 revenues and 33 consecutive years of dividend growth. Over the past 5 years, AT&T has invested over $140 billion in the United States, including capital investments in wireless and wireline networks and acquisitions of wireless spectrum and operations.

The company has committed $400 million since 2008 to its signature philanthropic initiative, AT&T Aspire, which drives innovation in education to promote student success in school and the workplace. Randall also has led AT&T’s breakthrough “It Can Wait” campaign – an education and awareness program educating drivers that distracted driving is never OK. The program has amassed more than 14 million pledges of support.

Randall began his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1982 in Oklahoma. He served as the company’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2001 to 2004, and from 2004 to 2007 he served as chief operating officer. He was appointed to AT&T’s board of directors in 2005.

He is a member of the board of directors of Emerson Electric Co. and Boeing, a member of the PGA TOUR Policy Board, and National President of the Boy Scouts of America. Randall received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.

Bill Blase is senior executive vice president, Human Resources, with responsibility for the development and implementation of human resources policies and practices in support of AT&T’s global workforce, as well as the company’s relationship with the unions that represent AT&T employees. He also has responsibility for Flight Operations.

From December 2005 to June 2007, Mr. Blase served as executive vice president-Labor Relations. Before that, he was president and chief executive officer of SBC Southwest, where he was responsible for overall leadership in the SBC Southwest and SBC Southern New England Telephone (SNET) regions, including network, consumer and business sales and external affairs. From April 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Blase served as president and CEO of SBC SNET, with overall responsibility for the company’s wireline operations in Connecticut.

Mr. Blase began his career with SBC at Southwestern Bell in 1979 as a customer services supervisor in the Business Marketing Organization in St. Louis. He has worked in a number of positions in marketing, public affairs, regulatory and investor relations.

Mr. Blase is a member of the board of trustees at St. Louis University and is also a board member of the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He also serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Mr. Blase was born and raised in St. Louis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, and a doctorate in business administration from St. Louis University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has served as an adjunct professor of finance at George Mason University.

John Donovan, CEO – AT&T Communications, is responsible for the bulk of AT&T’s global telecommunications and video services businesses, including AT&T’s Business, Entertainment, and Technology & Operations groups. AT&T Communications is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc.

AT&T is a global leader in telecommunications with 100 million U.S. consumer connections and millions of businesses, from the smallest companies to nearly all of the Fortune 1000. It is the largest pay-TV provider in the U.S., with more than 25 million customers. It is also one of the largest wireless providers, with more than 135 million wireless subscribers and connections. The company provides high-speed internet connections to 60 million U.S. customer locations and ultra-fast fiber connections to more than 5.5 million customer locations in 55 markets. AT&T also provides global IP network services that connect nearly 3.5 million businesses on six continents and delivers connectivity for 34 million connected devices.

Previously, Donovan served as Chief Strategy Officer and Group President – AT&T Technology and Operations. In that role, he led strategic planning for the company overall. Additionally, he led the company’s networks and technologies team, which has driven AT&T’s global leadership in the technological transition to software-defined networking – with a focus on virtualized or cloud-based network controls – as well as the company’s leadership in the move to 5G networks. In that role, he also oversaw the company’s global information, software development, supply chain, network operations, and big data organizations, as well as AT&T’s Intellectual Property group, Labs and Foundries.

Prior to that, Donovan served as AT&T’s Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the company's global technology direction and innovation road map.

Since joining the company in 2008, Donovan has expanded AT&T’s innovation program and the company is now recognized as an industry leader in working with application developers and others to make AT&T’s network open to collaboration and innovation.

Donovan previously was executive vice president of product, sales, marketing and operations at VeriSign Inc., an internet infrastructure company. He also was chairman and CEO of inCode Telecom Group Inc., where he helped shape strategy for wireless carriers worldwide. He also was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, where he was the Americas telecom practice director.

Donovan serves on the Board of Directors for Palo Alto Networks. He has authored three books: The Value Enterprise, published in 1998; Value Creating Growth, published in 1999; and Building the Network of the Future: Getting Smarter, Faster, and More Flexible with a Software Centric Approach, published in 2017. Donovan received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame and earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Minnesota.

David S. Huntley, SEVP and Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for developing policies to safeguard the privacy of customer and employee information, and verifying compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of every country and jurisdiction in which AT&T operates, as well as AT&T internal compliance requirements. David has held this role since December 2014 and has more than 20 years of business and legal experience with the company.

Prior to being named chief compliance officer, David served as senior vice president and assistant general counsel for AT&T Services. In this role, he oversaw a staff of 47 attorneys and managers located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New Haven, Detroit, St. Louis, San Antonio, Cleveland, Chicago, Bedminster, Oklahoma City and Dallas. David and his group were responsible for providing legal support to the Home Solutions organization and the Global Marketing organization. Additionally, he was responsible for Legal Department administration.

Prior to serving as senior vice president and assistant general counsel, David served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for all legal functions of Advertising Solutions and Interactive operations. He has also served as senior vice president of Mobility Customer Service Centers where he led a team of more than 30,000 employees dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to our wireless consumer market. In addition, David has served as senior vice president of E-commerce and Direct Mail, Customer Information Services and has held significant positions in external affairs, wireless operations, mergers and acquisitions, data operations and other areas within AT&T.

David takes pride in giving back to his community. He has served on the executive committee of the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, and at the Greater Houston Partnership, where he chaired the Government Relations Advisory Committee. In addition, he was a board member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau and served on the 2004 Houston Super Bowl Host Committee, a not-for-profit group dedicated to bringing acclaim to Houston and the NFL. David was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation, the San Antonio Zoological Society and the San Antonio YMCA. He currently serves on the SMU Alumni Board, the Baylor Health Care System Foundation, the Texas Business Hall of Fame and the Executive Leadership Council.

A native Texan, David holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He and his wife, Tracey, have two sons, Calhoun and Porter.

Lori Lee is CEO – AT&T International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc., and Global Marketing Officer of AT&T Inc., a diversified, global leader in telecommunications, media and entertainment, and technology.

As CEO – AT&T International, Lee leads the strategy, marketing, and operations of providing mobile services to more than 13 million consumers and businesses in Mexico and pay-TV services to more than 13 million subscribers across 11 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As Global Marketing Officer of AT&T Inc., Lee oversees the company’s brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, events, executive operations and sponsorships worldwide. She also leads AT&T’s It Can Wait effort to end distracted driving.

Previously, Lee served as Senior Executive Vice President – AT&T Home Solutions and was responsible for the company’s consumer wireline group.

Lee has been recognized on many executive leadership lists, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, Fierce Telecom’s Women in Wireline Top 10 Executives, Multichannel Women to Watch, Diversity MBA Magazine’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders, and Dallas Business Journal’s Top Women in Business.

Lee, who joined AT&T in 1997, was also the Chief Marketing Officer for both Home Solutions and Small Business. She’s held numerous other executive positions, including leadership roles in finance, investor relations, customer service and corporate strategy. Lee began her career at PwC, and later worked at Earthgrains Co. and Mallinckrodt Medical Inc.

Lee is an active board member of the American Film Institute, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Washington University.

David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed to his position in October 2015.

David previously served as Senior Associate General Counsel with legal responsibility for all non-HR litigation matters and all antitrust issues.

David joined AT&T in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining AT&T, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust, and government investigations, and was the Administrative Partner of the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was Senior Law Clerk to United States District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.

David is a former President of the 22,000-member Texas Young Lawyers Association, Executive Committee Member of the State Bar of Texas, Chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and Chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

David is a former President of The Dallas Assembly and the Trinity Commons Foundation, the coordinating organization for local, state and federal government initiatives in the $1.5 billion Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mark’s School of Texas, Methodist Health System, and the Alcuin School.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation.

Bob Quinn, senior executive vice president — External and Legislative Affairs, is responsible for AT&T's public policy organization and is chair of the AT&T Foundation.

He has served in this capacity since October 2016.

Previously, Bob served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory, leading the AT&T Federal Regulatory group responsible for all regulatory matters affecting AT&T and its affiliates before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to this, Bob also served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory and Chief Privacy Officer, responsible for customer privacy policies at the international, federal and state level across all lines of businesses.

Bob started his career with AT&T as vice president — Federal Regulatory Affairs for AT&T Corp. in Washington, D.C., where he represented AT&T before the Federal Communications Commission and the United States Department of Justice.

Prior to joining AT&T, Bob spent 5 years as a trial attorney with the Chicago, Illinois, firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown).

A Chicago native, Bob graduated from the University of Illinois¬, Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.

Bob resides in North Potomac, Maryland, with his wife, Anne, and their 3 children.

Stankey leads AT&T’s Time Warner Merger Integration Planning Team.

Stankey previously served as CEO – AT&T Entertainment Group which provides entertainment and communications experiences for more than 100 million TV, mobile and broadband subscribers. Under Stankey, AT&T’s Entertainment Group has been a leader in creating new mobile video experiences for consumers, including the launch last year of DIRECTV NOW, a streaming video service; the integration of the company’s video, mobile and broadband operations; and creation of a new, made-for-streaming video technology platform.

Stankey was named to that position after leading the company’s acquisition of DIRECTV in 2015, when he was AT&T’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, M&A, and business development initiatives.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Stankey worked with The Chernin Group to create Otter Media in 2014, a joint venture that acquires, invests in and launches over-the-top (OTT) video services. Today, Otter Media is one of the largest OTT and streaming-media companies, with more than 1.2 million paying subscribers and two of the top 20 subscription-video-on-demand services.

In his three-decade career with AT&T, Stankey has held a variety of other senior leadership positions, including: President and CEO – AT&T Business Solutions; President and CEO – AT&T Operations; Group President – Telecom Operations; Chief Technology Officer; and Chief Information Officer.

A native of Los Angeles, he holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from UCLA. He serves on the Board of Directors of UPS.

John Stephens is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations, corporate real estate and shared services for AT&T. Together, these functions represent nearly 16,000 employees. Mr. Stephens was appointed to his current position in June 2011.

Previously, Mr. Stephens served as senior vice president and controller, with responsibility for all financial reporting and operational reporting, accounting policy, business planning and regulatory reporting for AT&T. He also served as chief financial officer for the Diversified business unit and had responsibility for all corporate tax and shared services. He was named to that position in November 2001.

Prior to serving as controller, Mr. Stephens served as vice president-taxes, where he oversaw all corporate tax matters, a position to which he was appointed in August 2000. He previously served as managing director-taxes, where he had similar corporate tax responsibilities. He was named to that position in 1995.

Mr. Stephens joined the company as director-federal taxes in St. Louis in 1992. Prior to joining the company, he served as a tax senior manager with Ernst & Young in St. Louis. His career also includes service as a member of the tax staff of Peat Marwick & Mitchell in Kansas City.

Mr. Stephens earned his B.S.B.A. degree in accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He also holds a J.D. degree from Saint Louis University’s Law School. He has served on the board of directors of América Móvil, an international provider of telecommunications service. Additionally, he serves on the audit committee of the board of directors of a large privately held retailer. He also serves on the board of directors of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stephens serves as vice chair of the executive committee for the board of directors of the United Way of Dallas. He also serves as a board member for Catholic Charities of Dallas and has served on the boards of numerous educational and social service organizations.

Mr. Stephens and his wife, Michele, have been married for 36 years and have six children.

A native Texan, David holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He and his wife, Tracey, have two sons, Calhoun and Porter.

Lori Lee is CEO – AT&T International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc., and Global Marketing Officer of AT&T Inc., a diversified, global leader in telecommunications, media and entertainment, and technology.

As CEO – AT&T International, Lee leads the strategy, marketing, and operations of providing mobile services to more than 13 million consumers and businesses in Mexico and pay-TV services to more than 13 million subscribers across 11 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As Global Marketing Officer of AT&T Inc., Lee oversees the company’s brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, events, executive operations and sponsorships worldwide. She also leads AT&T’s It Can Wait effort to end distracted driving.

Previously, Lee served as Senior Executive Vice President – AT&T Home Solutions and was responsible for the company’s consumer wireline group.

Lee has been recognized on many executive leadership lists, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, the National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, Fierce Telecom’s Women in Wireline Top 10 Executives, Multichannel Women to Watch, Diversity MBA Magazine’s Top 100 under 50 Diverse Executive Leaders, and Dallas Business Journal’s Top Women in Business.

Lee, who joined AT&T in 1997, was also the Chief Marketing Officer for both Home Solutions and Small Business. She’s held numerous other executive positions, including leadership roles in finance, investor relations, customer service and corporate strategy. Lee began her career at PwC, and later worked at Earthgrains Co. and Mallinckrodt Medical Inc.

Lee is an active board member of the American Film Institute, the Monterey Peninsula Foundation and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from Washington University.

David McAtee is responsible for all legal matters at AT&T. He was appointed to his position in October 2015.

David previously served as Senior Associate General Counsel with legal responsibility for all non-HR litigation matters and all antitrust issues.

David joined AT&T in January 2012 as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining AT&T, he was a partner of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an Am Law 100 firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he specialized in complex litigation matters, antitrust, and government investigations, and was the Administrative Partner of the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, David was Senior Law Clerk to United States District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.

David is a former President of the 22,000-member Texas Young Lawyers Association, Executive Committee Member of the State Bar of Texas, Chair of the Board of Editors of the Texas Bar Journal, and Chair of the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has twice received a Presidential Citation by the State Bar of Texas for leadership in the bar and received a Leadership Award from TexasBarCLE for his contributions in support of continuing legal education.

David is a former President of The Dallas Assembly and the Trinity Commons Foundation, the coordinating organization for local, state and federal government initiatives in the $1.5 billion Trinity River Corridor Project in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Mark’s School of Texas, Methodist Health System, and the Alcuin School.

Born in Dallas, Texas, David graduated from Duke University with honors and The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation.

Bob Quinn, senior executive vice president — External and Legislative Affairs, is responsible for AT&T's public policy organization and is chair of the AT&T Foundation.

He has served in this capacity since October 2016.

Previously, Bob served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory, leading the AT&T Federal Regulatory group responsible for all regulatory matters affecting AT&T and its affiliates before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to this, Bob also served as senior vice president — Federal Regulatory and Chief Privacy Officer, responsible for customer privacy policies at the international, federal and state level across all lines of businesses.

Bob started his career with AT&T as vice president — Federal Regulatory Affairs for AT&T Corp. in Washington, D.C., where he represented AT&T before the Federal Communications Commission and the United States Department of Justice.

Prior to joining AT&T, Bob spent 5 years as a trial attorney with the Chicago, Illinois, firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (now Mayer Brown).

A Chicago native, Bob graduated from the University of Illinois¬, Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also received his J.D. with honors from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.

Bob resides in North Potomac, Maryland, with his wife, Anne, and their 3 children.

Stankey leads AT&T’s Time Warner Merger Integration Planning Team.

Stankey previously served as CEO – AT&T Entertainment Group which provides entertainment and communications experiences for more than 100 million TV, mobile and broadband subscribers. Under Stankey, AT&T’s Entertainment Group has been a leader in creating new mobile video experiences for consumers, including the launch last year of DIRECTV NOW, a streaming video service; the integration of the company’s video, mobile and broadband operations; and creation of a new, made-for-streaming video technology platform.

Stankey was named to that position after leading the company’s acquisition of DIRECTV in 2015, when he was AT&T’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, M&A, and business development initiatives.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Stankey worked with The Chernin Group to create Otter Media in 2014, a joint venture that acquires, invests in and launches over-the-top (OTT) video services. Today, Otter Media is one of the largest OTT and streaming-media companies, with more than 1.2 million paying subscribers and two of the top 20 subscription-video-on-demand services.

In his three-decade career with AT&T, Stankey has held a variety of other senior leadership positions, including: President and CEO – AT&T Business Solutions; President and CEO – AT&T Operations; Group President – Telecom Operations; Chief Technology Officer; and Chief Information Officer.

A native of Los Angeles, he holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from UCLA. He serves on the Board of Directors of UPS.

John Stephens is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning, corporate development, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, investor relations, corporate real estate and shared services for AT&T. Together, these functions represent nearly 16,000 employees. Mr. Stephens was appointed to his current position in June 2011.

Previously, Mr. Stephens served as senior vice president and controller, with responsibility for all financial reporting and operational reporting, accounting policy, business planning and regulatory reporting for AT&T. He also served as chief financial officer for the Diversified business unit and had responsibility for all corporate tax and shared services. He was named to that position in November 2001.

Prior to serving as controller, Mr. Stephens served as vice president-taxes, where he oversaw all corporate tax matters, a position to which he was appointed in August 2000. He previously served as managing director-taxes, where he had similar corporate tax responsibilities. He was named to that position in 1995.

Mr. Stephens joined the company as director-federal taxes in St. Louis in 1992. Prior to joining the company, he served as a tax senior manager with Ernst & Young in St. Louis. His career also includes service as a member of the tax staff of Peat Marwick & Mitchell in Kansas City.

Mr. Stephens earned his B.S.B.A. degree in accounting from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He also holds a J.D. degree from Saint Louis University’s Law School. He has served on the board of directors of América Móvil, an international provider of telecommunications service. Additionally, he serves on the audit committee of the board of directors of a large privately held retailer. He also serves on the board of directors of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stephens serves as vice chair of the executive committee for the board of directors of the United Way of Dallas. He also serves as a board member for Catholic Charities of Dallas and has served on the boards of numerous educational and social service organizations.

Mr. Stephens and his wife, Michele, have been married for 36 years and have six children.
