Information for Stockholders Joining AT&T Inc. as a Result of the Acquisition of BellSouth Corp.

On March 5, 2006, AT&T Inc. announced its historic agreement to acquire BellSouth Corp. After the closing of the acquisition, BellSouth became a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc. The acquisition was completed on December 29, 2006. For more information on this please click here.

Besides the original date when you acquired your BellSouth Corp. shares, you also will need to know your original cost per share. If you acquired shares at different times, you will need to do a separate calculation for each situation
