AT&T Inc. (formerly SBC Communications Inc./ Southwestern Bell Corporation)

  • Jan. 1, 1984 – AT&T Corp. divested Southwestern Bell and other regional telephone operating companies.
  • May 22, 1987 – distribution date for 3-for-1 stock split (record date May 4, 1987).
  • May 25, 1993 – distribution date for 2-for-1 stock split (record date May 7, 1993).
  • March 19, 1998 – distribution date for 2-for-1 stock split (record date Feb. 20, 1998).
  • April 5, 2022 – WarnerMedia Distribution -- distribution of SpinCo common stock, which was converted into right to receive 0.241917 shares of Warner Bros. Discovery common stock.

Time Warner Inc.

  • October 1, 1976 – distribution date for 2:1 stock split.
  • October 1, 1981 – distribution date for 2:1 stock split.
